Google Fitbit Air Screenless Fitness Tracker

Google Fitbit Air is a screenless fitness tracker for people who want health data without another screen on their wrist. Launched in May 2026, it is a small tracker module of about 5.2 g that clips into a soft band and records your activity, heart rate and sleep in the background, then syncs everything to the Google Health app on your phone.

Inside are an optical heart rate sensor, a 3-axis accelerometer and gyroscope, red and infrared sensors for SpO2, a skin temperature sensor, and a vibration motor for silent alarms. Heart rate is sampled at 2-second intervals, and the tracker stores 7 days of detailed motion data and 30 days of daily totals if your phone is out of range. The Google Health Coach in the app turns that data into sleep and fitness guidance.

Battery life is rated at up to 7 days. A full charge takes about 90 minutes on the magnetic charger, and a 5-minute quick charge gives about a day of use. The tracker is water resistant to 50 m thanks to a protective coating, so it can be worn in the shower or pool. It connects over Bluetooth 5.0 and works with Android 11 or later and iOS 16.4 or later.

Choose from Black, Blue, Berry and Fog, or one of two Special Edition bands: Pokemon Sleep, with a blue band printed with a sleeping Pikachu, and the Stephen Curry edition with a Rye band and Pyrite buckle. The tracker is the same in every version. Fitbit Air is now available in Sri Lanka at Dealz Woot.
