The
LiPower 11.1V 3500mAh 3S 60C Lipo Battery XT60 Plug is a high-discharge, premium lithium-polymer rechargeable battery pack engineered to deliver burst and continuous current for high-demand RC models, multirotor drones, aerial photography UAVs, and mobile robotics platforms. Configured in a 3-Series (3S1P) cell arrangement with a nominal voltage of 11.1V (12.6V fully charged), it features a high-rate continuous discharge rating of 60C (delivering up to 210A continuous output) with burst capability up to 120C. Terminated with heavy-duty 12 AWG high-strand silicone leads, a factory-soldered genuine XT60 high-current connector, and a standard JST-XH balance lead, this battery pack combines high energy density with low internal resistance to eliminate voltage sag during aggressive full-throttle maneuvers.

Features
- High Sustained 60C Discharge: Engineered with low-impedance electrode foils and advanced electrolyte chemistry to sustain aggressive current draw without thermal throttling or extreme voltage sag.
- Pre-Soldered XT60 High-Current Plug: Outfitted with genuine nylon-shrouded XT60 connectors with gold-plated spring-loaded terminals, preventing high-resistance contacts and accidental reverse-polarity plugging.
- Ultra-Low Internal Resistance (IR): Balanced cell matching across all 3 cells guarantees uniform discharge curves and reduces heat generation during peak torque demands.
- Heavy-Gauge Silicone Wiring: High-strand 12 AWG silicone leads resist extreme temperatures up to 200°C without melting insulation, remaining completely flexible for routing in tight fuselage bays.
- Reinforced Outer Shrink Casing: Protected by heavy-duty PVC shrink wrapping with integrated aluminum/fiber protective end plates to guard against minor impact punctures and chassis vibration.
Common Applications
- RC Aircraft & Drones: Supplying power for 450-size to 550-size scale RC helicopters, 6-inch to 7-inch long-range FPV drones, and twin-engine RC fixed-wing model planes.
- High-Speed RC Vehicles: Powering 1/10 and 1/8 scale brushless RC touring cars, stadium buggies, rock crawlers, and fast-electric RC speedboats.
- UGV & Mobile Robotics Platforms: Providing an 11.1V high-capacity DC power bus for heavy-payload 4WD/6WD rovers, quadruped robots, and multi-axis robotic arms.
- High-Power DIY Electronics: Portable power source for high-output LED searchlights, mobile inverter systems, field radio communication rigs, and high-torque DC linear actuators.

Usage Tips
- Balance Charging Requirement (CRITICAL):
- Always charge this battery using a dedicated microprocessor-controlled LiPo balance charger (such as an IMAX B6 or equivalent) via the JST-XH balance port.
- Never charge using a simple non-balancing DC power supply. Balance charging ensures each individual cell tops out at exactly 4.20V (±0.01V), preventing individual cell overcharging which can cause thermal runaway and fire.
- Discharge Cutoff & Over-Discharge Prevention:
- Never allow individual cell voltage to fall below 3.0V (9.0V total pack voltage) under any circumstances.
- Set your speed controller (ESC) low-voltage cutoff (LVC) or telemetry alarm to 3.4V to 3.5V per cell (10.2V to 10.5V total). Over-discharging permanently destroys cell chemistry, spikes internal resistance, and causes irreversible cell swelling ("puffing").
- Safe Storage Voltage Protocol:
- If the battery will not be used within 48 to 72 hours, put the pack into "Storage Mode" using your balance charger, setting it to 3.80V to 3.85V per cell (~11.4V to 11.55V total).
- Storing a LiPo fully charged (4.20V/cell) or fully depleted (≤3.5V/cell) for more than a few days triggers internal chemical degradation, rapid capacity loss, and pouch expansion.
- Charging Safety Guidelines:
- Always charge the battery inside a certified fireproof LiPo Safe Charging Bag placed on a non-flammable concrete or ceramic surface away from wood, carpeting, or paper.
- Never leave charging LiPo batteries unattended. Disconnect immediately if the pack swells, emits smoke, or becomes hot to the touch (>45°C).
- Physical Handling & Inspection: Regularly inspect the battery for punctures, dented corners, frayed wiring, or cell bloating. If a pack is swollen or physically damaged after a high-impact crash, do not attempt to recharge it; discharge it completely in an outdoor saltwater bath before safe disposal.
