• High-Efficiency Thermal Design: Large dual aluminium heatsinks are mounted directly to the TPA3116D2 chips to ensure stable performance during sustained high-power output.
• Low Noise Preamplification: The NE5532 op-amp provides a high-quality input stage with low distortion and low noise floor, ensuring signal clarity before amplification.
• Robust Protection: Includes built-in protection against overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating, DC detection, and short circuits.
• High-Quality Filter Caps: Uses large-capacity electrolytic capacitors to stabilize the voltage supply and provide the instantaneous current required for deep bass transients.

Power Supply Recommendation

To achieve the full rated output power of 260W total, a high-current power source is necessary:

• Voltage: A 24V DC power supply is highly recommended.
• Current: Ensure the power supply can provide at least 10A to 15A to avoid clipping or shutdown during heavy bass peaks.

Common Applications

• Building a high-power 2.1 DIY home audio system.
• Powering a desktop 2.1 speaker setup with a dedicated passive subwoofer.
• Upgrading existing speaker cabinets into a powered 2.1 multimedia system.
• Custom automotive audio installations requiring separate sub-control.
