Price in Sri Lanka

The Optimus Gas/Smoke Detection Alarm DIY Kit is a hands-on, unassembled educational kit designed to teach the fundamentals of gas and smoke detection systems through soldering and circuit assembly. It is based on the MQ-2 gas sensor, which is capable of detecting gases such as LPG, methane, propane, butane, alcohol, hydrogen, and smoke.

This kit requires users to solder through-hole components onto a PCB, providing practical experience in electronic assembly and sensor integration. When the detected gas concentration exceeds a preset threshold, an onboard buzzer is activated to deliver an immediate audible warning.
