What is 37Left.lk?
37Left.lk is a price comparison platform for Sri Lanka. We track product prices across multiple online retailers so you can find the best deal in one place.
Where do the prices come from?
We continuously crawl the websites of participating Sri Lankan retailers and store the listing price for each product.
Are the prices real-time?
Prices are updated frequently but not in real-time. Always check the retailer's website for the live price before purchasing.
How often are prices updated?
Most products are checked at least once per day. Popular products may be checked more often.
Searching
How do I search for products?
Use the search bar at the top of any page, or visit the Search page directly. You can search by product name, brand, or model.
Can I filter by shop, price, or availability?
Yes — on the Search page you can filter by shop, price range, availability (in stock / out of stock), and category.
How do I save a search?
After running a search, click the 'Save Search' button. Saved searches are available under My Account → Saved Searches and can trigger alerts when matching products change in price.
Alerts & Notifications
How do price drop alerts work?
When you save a product or a search, you can opt in to alerts. We notify you by email and (optionally) Telegram when a price drops on a matching product.
How do I connect Telegram?
Go to My Account → Saved Products and click 'Connect Telegram'. Follow the link to open the 37Left Telegram bot and send /start.
How do I unsubscribe from alerts?
You can unsubscribe from any alert email using the link at the bottom of the email, or remove the alert from My Account → Alerts.
Account
Do I need an account to use 37Left.lk?
No — browsing, searching, and viewing prices are free and require no account. An account is only needed to save products/searches and receive alerts.
How do I reset my password?
Visit the Sign In page and click 'Forgot password?'. We will email you a reset link.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at [email protected] from the address registered on your account and we will delete it.
Shops
How do you choose which shops to include?
We include reputable Sri Lankan online retailers with stable product catalogues. If a shop you want is missing, let us know.
I'm a shop owner — how do I get listed?
Email us at [email protected] with your website URL and a brief description of your product range.
Why is a product link broken?
Shops sometimes remove or rename product pages. If you encounter a broken link, use the 'Report' button on the product page so we can fix or remove it.
Reporting Issues
I found wrong information — how do I report it?
Use the 'Report' button on the product page. You can flag wrong prices, wrong images, broken links, or duplicate listings.
How long does it take to fix a reported issue?
We review reports daily. Most issues are resolved within 24-48 hours.
Technical
Is 37Left.lk available as an app?
37Left.lk is a Progressive Web App (PWA) — you can install it on your phone or desktop directly from your browser. Look for the install prompt or use your browser's 'Add to Home Screen' option.
Can I install it on my phone?
Yes. On Android, tap the menu in your browser and select 'Install app' or 'Add to Home Screen'. On iOS, use Safari's Share menu and select 'Add to Home Screen'.
Why don't I see images?
Images are served from a CDN. If images don't load, check your network connection or try disabling any ad/content blockers temporarily.
