The MSI MPG 491CQP QD-OLED is a 49-inch curved ultrawide gaming monitor built around a QD-OLED panel, combining quantum-dot color with OLED's per-pixel contrast. It uses an 1800R curve and a 32:9 "DQHD" resolution of 5120×1440, effectively giving the equivalent screen real estate of two 27-inch QHD monitors side by side.

It runs at a native 144Hz refresh rate with a claimed 0.03ms (GtG) response time and Adaptive-Sync compatibility for tear-free gameplay, and carries VESA ClearMR and DisplayHDR True Black certifications for motion clarity and HDR performance.
